Coyoteblog has a nice write-up on the hype surrounding the supposed problem with Toyota braking systems last summer, and how apparently after all the government involvement at every level, the problem was with morons stepping on their accelerators instead of the "stop" pedal. Well, it only took ten months and the involvement of NASA engineers. I am sure it was a good use of tax dollars.
